1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and a confirmation email or message from Experience Sundarban. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

3. Pricing

All tour prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed package price will remain unchanged unless modifications are requested by the customer.

4. Tour Itinerary

Tour itineraries are planned carefully but may be altered due to weather conditions, government regulations, forest department restrictions, tidal conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Experience Sundarban reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the interest of guest safety.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Carry valid government-issued photo identification.

• Follow the instructions of tour guides and boat crew.

• Respect wildlife and the natural environment.

• Avoid littering inside the Sundarbans.

• Follow all Forest Department rules and regulations.

6. Wildlife Sightings

The Sundarbans is a protected natural habitat. Sightings of Royal Bengal Tigers, crocodiles, deer, dolphins, birds, or other wildlife cannot be guaranteed.

7. Health & Fitness

Guests should ensure they are physically fit for boat travel and outdoor activities. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

8. Liability

Experience Sundarban acts as a tour operator and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, loss of belongings, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying all necessary identification documents required by local authorities or the Forest Department.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own luggage, cameras, mobile phones, valuables, and other personal items throughout the tour.

11. Conduct

Any guest found engaging in illegal, abusive, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour may be removed from the tour without any refund.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and branding, is the property of Experience Sundarban unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

13. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, or engage in activities that may disrupt website operations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal.

15. Changes to Terms

Experience Sundarban reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
